Refund Policy

At Coco Luxe Melts we want you to be happy with every purchase you make with us. In the unforunate event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, you have 14 days to return this to us.

Please kindly note, any items you return to us must be in its original condition and packaging, with no signs of use or damage, and must be in a re-saleable condition. Please also note, we will not cover the postage costs of returning a non-faulty item.

Wax Burner

Here at Coco Luxe Melts we take care in making sure all our items are packed well and secure to ensure no breakages occur in transit.

However, in the unfortunate event that you receive a broken item, please email us at support@cocoluxemelts.co.uk along with an image of the broken burner and the box/packaging the way you receive it. Please also include your order number and let us know whether you would like a replacement or refund. This information will help us to resolve the situation for you as quickly as possible.

Wax Melts

Due to the nature of this product, in the unlikely occasion that you receive a broken wax melt, this must be returned to us in its original and unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund as this would still be useable and is non faulty.

Please kindly note we will not be liable for postage costs for returns on broken wax melts.
